Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm and dispatch your order.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless noted. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are hand-finished and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically arriving in 3–7 business days Canada-wide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
